Job Summary
Lead the Assistant General Manager team by driving revenue growth through core sales mix and guest count targets while executing daily huddles and meetings. Manage inventory, cash handling, and product orders to meet business needs, ensuring all service center quality control measures and safety regulations are followed consistently. Coach automotive technicians and customer service associates on performance and the "Guest First" mindset, providing guidance on guest issues and operational procedures. Assist the General Manager with budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense controls, while performing opening and closing duties as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable environment adhering to the Guide to Excellence standards.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
