Job Summary
Conduct daily team huddles and meetings to set direction for achieving business goals, ensuring consistent revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance. Coach and execute excellent customer service while developing teammates via internal training programs and providing ongoing guidance. Manage inventory, cash handling, and product orders to meet business needs, assist with budgeting and sales forecasts, and ensure quality control measures are followed consistently. Lead daily operations including opening and closing duties when the GM is off, perform opening and closing duties when the General Manager (GM) is off, and assist guests with questions in-person, electronically, or via telephone. Adhere to all rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment, read safety manuals, and lift items up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
