Job Summary
Lead store operations as Assistant General Manager (AGM) in a retail/service-center setting. Partner with the General Manager to drive revenue growth through guest count and performance metrics, coach and develop teammates, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage inventory and cash handling, assist with budgeting and forecasts, lead daily team huddles and store meetings, and uphold safety and quality standards. Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ensures a clean, safe, and productive work environment; and supports aggressive store goals through coaching, training, and collaboration with district leadership.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Professional automotive experience is not required
