Job Summary
Assist Panera’s Assistant General Manager in leading a neighborhood bakery-cafe’s operations and team. Key responsibilities include staffing planning and scheduling, hiring/on-boarding/training, developing and coaching team members, driving guest satisfaction and service standards, managing costs and inventory, enforcing safety and quality procedures, and partnering with the General Manager to develop future leaders and execute company initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve)
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen
