Job Summary
As Assistant General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates at the top of its game. You will focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement, drive training and development of staff, and lead the team to deliver brand standards and exceptional guest experiences while overseeing operations, safety, compliance, and performance. You will also contribute to scheduling, coaching, and developing your team to support long-term career growth. The role requires at least 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience and a solid understanding of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.
