Job Summary
As Assistant General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager, helping ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game. You will focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement, contribute to training and developing your team, and support continuous learning and advancement opportunities while leveraging bonus programs and company benefits to drive performance.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
