Job Summary
Assist in daily operations and open/close routines, ensure quality and safety, and maintain smooth site flow while supporting staffing, recruitment, and employee relations. Learn fundamentals of operations from an experienced trainer, analyze performance data to drive results, and strengthen coaching and development of team members. This accelerated program is designed to prepare you to advance to an Assistant General Manager role and ultimately lead your own location, with opportunities for growth in a national, people-first organization. Must thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor, customer-facing environment and demonstrate leadership potential through experience and hands-on development.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of leadership experience supervising a team or managing people in a customer-facing environment
- Understanding of high-volume retail or service operations and delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences
- Ability to take initiative, model company values, and drive performance, motivation, and accountability on a team
- Strong coaching and development skills with the ability to give clear feedback and help team members grow into new responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to stay focused in fast-moving environments with competing priorities
- Positive, energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working outdoors in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to grow into a leadership role and participate in a formal leadership development program
