Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in running the club when the GM isn’t on duty, lead and motivate the club team, and promote guest engagement to drive member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Responsible for safeguarding a clean, safe, and enjoyable member environment, achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales and retention targets, managing retail inventory and pricing with the Director of Retail and Revenue Development, supporting membership sales growth with the GM/Area Manager, ensuring proper club financial performance via P&L and payroll controls, and maintaining an outstanding member experience through proactive member feedback and cross-team collaboration. Leads by example in operational excellence, trains and coaches staff across Welcome Desk, Custodial, Sales, Fitness, and Kids zones, supports HR/payroll processes for new hires and terminations, ensures safety and risk management practices, and participates in performance reviews. Requires strong customer service orientation, effective communication, ability to travel occasionally for meetings, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. CPR/AED within 30 days and required certifications as applicable at locations.
