Job Summary
Lead Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Breakfast operations while managing labor, budgets, and departmental expenses. Drive guest satisfaction scores across Wyndham GSS, Google, and TripAdvisor. Hire, train, and develop staff to brand standards while enforcing property cleanliness and vendor relationship protocols. Report to ownership on financial performance and operational KPIs. This 24/7 role requires flexible availability and strong financial literacy for P&L management. Wyndham brand experience is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory 2+ years hotel management experience (AGM, GM, or equivalent)
- Flexible availability — this is a 24/7 operation
Desired Qualifications
- Wyndham brand experience strongly preferred
- OnQ PMS familiarity a plus
