Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in leading a cannabis dispensary’s operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery channels. Responsible for overseeing inventory, cash handling, Seed to Sale compliance, and expense management while coaching and developing a high-performing team. Drive loyalty goals, customer retention, and attainment of revenue targets; manage scheduling and timekeeping; act as a liaison to the local community and support outreach initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations
- Cannabis experience preferred
- Inventory control experience preferred
- Meet scheduling and availability requirements (ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends)
- Must have reliable attendance
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass required background checks
- Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Understanding of Cannabis laws, rules and regulations and desire to deepen knowledge
