Job Summary
As Assistant General Manager at PGA TOUR Superstore, lead and empower store managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimize store operations, drive staffing and scheduling aligned with business needs, ensure compliance with merchandising, loss prevention, and DEI standards, and execute development plans in partnership with the General Manager and SLT. Leverage data, coaching, and performance management to improve customer satisfaction, store presentation, and sales, while guiding HR-related processes (onboarding, training, Workday navigation, benefits) and maintaining inventory accuracy. Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills to forecast needs, manage P&L, recruit and retain talent, and uphold a culture of accountability and inclusivity across the store.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Three (3) years of experience in sales, management, or people development
- Education: The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a G.E.D. or high school diploma
- College degree preferred
