Job Summary
As Assistant General Manager, support the Site General Manager in daily car wash operations, assist with meeting inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards, and address customer claims. Lead and develop Teammates through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management; model excellent customer service, drive sales growth, and ensure an organized, efficient team capable of handling multiple responsibilities. Focus on operational excellence, safety compliance, and delivering a convenient, consistent car wash experience while fostering a positive, outdoor work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of management experience in a service-related business
- Car wash experience preferred, but not required
- You must also be able to: Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
- Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example
- Organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities
- Achieve results independently, and work collaboratively with team
- Proactively and creatively find solutions to operational and people challenges
