Job Summary
Manage daily car wash operations by assisting the Site General Manager with inventory, equipment, and safety standards to deliver a consistent customer experience. Handle customer claims proactively while leading hiring, training, and coaching efforts to develop team performance. Organize time and workloads to achieve sales growth and solve operational challenges independently. Requires 6 months of management experience in a service-related business with a high school diploma. Earn $23.50/hour including base pay and uncapped commission. Background check required.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months of management experience in a service-related business
