Job Summary
As an Assistant General Manager at GO Car Wash, you’ll learn to manage your own site and assist the Site General Manager with daily car wash operations, ensuring inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards are met to deliver a consistent, exceptional car wash experience and address customer claims. You’ll help with hiring, training, coaching, and developing Teammates to perform their jobs well, set an example through actions, and drive a fun, active outdoor workplace. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, driving sales growth, communicating clearly, leading by example, organizing time and team to handle varied tasks, achieving results independently and collaboratively, and proactively solving operational and people challenges. Compensation includes a base pay of $17.50/hour plus commission averaging $2/hour, with uncapped earnings and a $500 monthly bonus at 100% of plan targets; location-based offers depend on site. A satisfactory criminal and financial background check is required prior to hire.
Required Qualifications

- 6 months of management experience in a service-related business
