Job Summary
Assistant General Manager at GO Car Wash seeks a leader to assist the Site General Manager in daily car wash operations, ensure inventory, equipment, site and safety standards, address customer claims, and help hire/train/coach teammates. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, leading and developing teammates, organizing multiple responsibilities, and delivering excellent customer service in an outdoor, active workplace. Compensation includes base pay with commission and tips, plus a monthly bonus; background check required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of management experience in a service-related business
- Car wash experience preferred, but not required
- Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
- Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example
- Organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities
- Achieve results independently, and work collaboratively with team
- Proactively and creatively find solutions to operational and people challenges
