Job Summary
Manage daily car wash operations by assisting the Site General Manager with inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards to deliver a consistent customer experience. Address customer claims, lead hiring and training, and coach team members to uphold values while performing all activities. Organize time and team resources to complete varying responsibilities, proactively solve operational challenges, and drive sales growth through excellent customer service. Achieve results independently while collaborating effectively with the team. This role requires a high school diploma, six months of management experience in a service business, and car wash experience preferred. Compensation includes a base pay of $19.55/hour plus an average $2/hour commission from membership sales.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of management experience in a service-related business
- Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
- Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example
- Organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities
- Achieve results independently, and work collaboratively with team
- Proactively and creatively find solutions to operational and people challenges
- You'll be required to complete a satisfactory criminal background check before being hired for this job
