Assistant General Manager (Glendale Mall, IN) assists the General Manager with overseeing the operation of the entire restaurant, ensuring a safe environment and improving profitability through revenue management. Responsibilities include staffing planning, hiring decisions, conducting weekly manager meetings, developing incentive programs, motivating Team Members, providing performance feedback, coaching managers on performance procedures, and developing plans to attract new guests. Oversees quality operations such as food product rollouts, recipe adherence, portioning, and adherence to standards; analyzes GEM, QSCs, audits, and P&L to identify opportunities and create action plans; conducts administrative tasks (invoices, inventory, end of day procedures, maintenance). Drives sales and profits through budgeting, inventory control, and communicating successes and opportunities to the team. Requires high school or equivalent, valid driver’s license, background check, ability to lift 50 pounds, and management certification. Salary range suggested: 55,000–72,000 per year.
