Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, including team leadership, coaching, and training. Responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations, managing food costs and inventory, and ensuring high standards of food quality and sanitation. Handle guest complaints and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Must possess strong management skills and be capable of motivating a team. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience and the ability to work up to 55 hours weekly are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or High School equivalency required
- Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Commitment to excellence in friendly service
