Job Summary
Assistant General Manager needed to oversee the total operation of a QSR restaurant with 40+ employees. Responsibilities include leading a team to deliver guest-ready service and high product quality, hiring and developing staff, training and modeling excellent customer service, controlling expenses, ordering food and supplies, developing and implementing local store marketing initiatives, serving as a brand ambassador, driving sales and building repeat business, and ensuring overall store performance. Requires 1+ years of QSR restaurant management experience, ServSafe certification, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of QSR restaurant management experience
- Experience in team hiring, developing, motivating, team scheduling, productivity, food ordering system, store sanitation, cash management, sales building promotions, and excelling in customer service
- ServSafe certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
