Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, teaching and leading team members, maximizing sales and profitability, controlling expenses, handling guest complaints, and ensuring sanitation, safety, and food quality. Responsibilities include managing hourly employees, conducting performance evaluations, reviewing applications, directing employee schedules, driving sales and guest satisfaction, maintaining food quality and cleanliness, overseeing training, managing food costs and inventory, enforcing security measures, and adhering to company policies and regulations. Requires strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills, problem analysis, and the ability to motivate a team.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or High School equivalency required
- Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience
- Valid Driver's License

Desired Qualifications
