Assistant General Manager

Oversee restaurant operations and lead the development of Shift Managers and Associates to meet goals, while ensuring adherence to corporate, health department and guest service standards. Provide exceptional service to customers and staff, maintain a clean and safe environment, manage cash handling, food cost, labor management and budgets with internal controls, and train staff to ensure consistency in products and quality. Act as a leader and role model to store associates and management teams, collaborate with vendors and administration, and execute tasks across trained areas to optimize performance.
