Assistant General Manager

Dynamic Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading daily operations of a high-volume craft beer and dining venue. Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations including service flow, labor forecasting, scheduling, and inventory management with a strong focus on beer, cocktail, and food programs. Lead, mentor, recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hospitality team; foster a positive, family-like culture. Deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive guest satisfaction, and support profitability through budgeting, cost control, and financial performance. Champion innovation in operational strategies, menu execution, events, and guest engagement while ensuring compliance with health, safety, alcohol service, and regulatory requirements. Step up as acting General Manager when needed and contribute to marketing, local partnerships, and special events. Passion for hospitality, craft beer, local community engagement, and continuous improvement. 2–3+ years of progressive management experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or craft beer-focused environment; strong leadership and coaching skills; excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
