Job Summary
Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, and coaching for restaurant, café, and supervisory staff while ensuring food portioning, presentation, and service meet established standards. Supervise cleanliness and organization across the kitchen, storage, and loading dock, and verify dining staff compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Participate in programs enhancing employee and resident satisfaction within Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living, a 103-acre continuing care retirement community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Requires minimum of 3 years in dining room management, service, and sanitation, with availability to work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
