Job Summary
Assistant General Manager at the Hubbard, TX facility drives day-to-day operations, vendor relations, procurement, invoicing and record-keeping, and ensures DOT compliance, inventory accuracy, safety policies, and training. Works with the General Manager to optimize branch performance through efficient procedures, analyzes monthly P&L trends, monitors metrics such as equipment utilization and customer satisfaction, conducts weekly safety meetings, and ensures proper training and documentation for all location staff. The role integrates operations with safety, compliance, and profitability while leveraging EquipmentShare’s T3 technology to support fleet management and real-time insights.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
