Job Summary
Ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly by organizing opening and closing shifts, managing costs, and driving sales to meet financial goals. Assist the GM with training, recruiting, HR, administrative duties, and financial statement preparation while supervising hourly and management teams. Respond immediately to guest and employee needs, lead inventory tracking and supply orders, and foster teamwork across all departments. Work a variety of days and shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and potential overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- 2+ years of AGM experience in a full-service restaurant
- Skilled in leading and developing teams
- Experienced with inventory and BOH systems
- Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
- Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
