Job Summary
Assistant General Manager responsible for day-to-day restaurant management, including training and leading Team Members; coach, counsel, and develop staff to maximize sales and profitability while controlling expenses, maintaining sanitation, safety, and food quality. Oversees scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations; drives guest satisfaction and service quality; manages food costs, inventory, and compliance with Health Department standards; ensures CHARM Service Model execution and adherence to Ruby Tuesday policies; provides Front of House and Back of House training, supervises operations, and enforces safety and security measures. Requires leadership, strong communication, and ability to train and develop a high-performing team; minimum age 21, HS diploma/equivalency required, Bachelor's degree preferred, ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days, valid driver's license, and up to 55 hours/week. Living in or near Elizabethtown, KY with willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or High School equivalency required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience
- ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification within 90-days of employment
- Valid Driver's License
- Proven ability growing sales
