Job Summary
Lead and supervise daily Front of House and Back of House operations, acting as the shift lead and decision-maker when the General Manager is absent. Deliver top-tier guest service, address concerns promptly, and ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation standards to maintain an "A" health rating. Monitor product quality, speed of service, and cleanliness while assisting with labor scheduling, inventory management, and cost control. Perform operational duties including register use, order taking, and food preparation as needed. Train staff to build leadership skills for promotion and uphold Wingstop's standards of excellence in a fast-paced environment.

- Monitor and maintain product quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards
- Assist in labor scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and cost control
- Follow and enforce all cash handling and security procedures
- Help manage Food and Labor Costs in line with company targets
- Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness through preventative programs
- Train to build the leadership skills necessary for promotion to General Manager
- Perform operational duties including register use, taking orders, and food preparation as needed
