Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies. Lead the team by coaching staff on customer service best practices, resolving issues promptly, and driving sales growth through upselling strategies and performance plans. Manage budgets, control costs, and conduct regular inspections to maintain product quality and a clean environment. Take full command of the store and all associated duties when the manager is absent, ensuring employee well-being and operational continuity.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Dunkin brand standards and products
- Basic understanding of financial principles and budget management
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Math/Writing skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
