Assistant General Manager -Dunkin Celia Cruz (Forked River)

Assistant General Manager responsibilities include helping the General Manager with day-to-day operations, delivering performance feedback, setting goals, coaching staff, and communicating business objectives. You will supervise non-management associates, assign work, manage store-level operations, and develop shift supervisors. You’ll motivate staff, maintain brand standards, ensure cash management and inventory accuracy, address customer needs, resolve issues, and foster positive customer relationships. The role requires 2+ years of experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations, strong leadership and customer service skills, excellent verbal communication, flexibility with schedule, and ability to lift/push objects over 30 lbs.
