Assistant General Manager

Lead back-of-house operations by overseeing Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance teams while providing expert leadership to ensure exceptional guest service. Train, develop, and coach team members to achieve success in their roles, consistently delivering on key business metrics of quality, service, profitability, and team performance. Model quality assurance best practices daily and meet or exceed all operational measures. This position reports to the Operations Leadership team at a Drury Hotels property in Centennial, Colorado, offering a starting salary between $57,866.99 and $86,800.49 with eligibility for quarterly and semi-annual bonuses. A Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business is preferred, along with at least one year of supervisory experience.
