Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing team through recruiting, hiring, training, and employee development while driving enrollment sales and customer retention. Ensure exceptional service for every pet parent by maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment for dogs and monitoring daily operations to uphold company standards. Assist with scheduling, labor management, and business performance while supporting local marketing and community outreach efforts. Weekend and holiday availability as needed. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in pet care, hospitality, retail, fitness, childcare, or other service-based businesses
- Sales leadership experience
- Multi-unit or high-volume operational experience
