Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing team by supporting recruiting, hiring, training, and employee development. Drive enrollment sales and customer retention while ensuring exceptional service for every pet parent. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for dogs by monitoring daily operations and upholding company standards. Assist with scheduling, labor management, and business performance to support sales growth and operational excellence. Partner with the General Manager to coach team members and create the Best Day Ever for dogs and pet parents. Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in pet care, hospitality, retail, fitness, childcare, or other service-based businesses
- Sales leadership experience
- Multi-unit or high-volume operational experience
