Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in directing daily operations of a Hardee’s restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in operations such as product preparation, customer service, and financial accountability. Key responsibilities include training and coaching employees, managing performance, overseeing inventory, ensuring food safety, and driving a customer-focused culture. The role requires effective communication, customer service skills, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / General Educational Development (GED) required
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
- May be required to travel to other locations
