Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in directing daily operations of a Hardee’s restaurant. This role includes demonstrating core values while training and supporting staff, ensuring compliance with company standards, and actively monitoring daily activities to maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, supervising shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction, completing schedules and inventory orders, monitoring food safety standards, and analyzing sales and operational metrics to drive profitability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED required
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
- May be required to travel to other locations
