Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of a Hardee's restaurant. Key responsibilities include training and coaching staff, ensuring compliance with operational standards, managing scheduling and inventory, and driving customer service excellence. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of restaurant operations experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. The role requires a flexible schedule and the ability to engage and develop team members while maintaining a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED required
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
- Effectively interacts with all members of the team
- Recognizes the customer as the first priority
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
