Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Hardee’s supports the General Manager in directing daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation, customer service, and financial accountability. Responsibilities include coaching staff, monitoring service quality, managing schedules, and implementing marketing initiatives. Requires a high school diploma, with preference for an associate degree, and at least one year of restaurant management experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, customer focus, talent development, operational excellence, and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / General Educational Development (GED) required
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
