Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for supporting the General Manager in directing daily operations of a Hardee’s restaurant, focusing on compliance with company standards in product preparation, customer service, and financial accountability. Key responsibilities include selecting, training, and coaching employees, managing performance processes, ensuring compliance with employee relations, and maintaining food safety standards. The AGM will assist in scheduling, inventory management, and executing marketing initiatives while driving a customer-focused culture and analyzing sales and operational metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/General Educational Development (GED) required
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
