Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in directing daily operations at a Hardee’s restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in areas including product preparation, customer service, facilities maintenance, and financial accountability. Responsibilities include training and coaching staff, driving a customer-focused culture, overseeing food safety standards, managing employee relations, and analyzing operational performance. A high school diploma is required, along with a minimum of one year of restaurant operations experience. Candidates should have flexible scheduling availability and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma /General Educational Development (GED) required
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
