Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations while ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation, customer service, facilities maintenance, and financial accountability. The AGM will assist in training, coaching employees, driving a customer-focused culture, conducting performance management, analyzing sales and inventory, and maintaining food safety standards. Effective communication and the ability to develop talent are crucial for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/General Educational Development (GED) required
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
