Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in directing daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation, customer service, facilities maintenance, and financial accountability. Key responsibilities include selecting, training, and coaching staff, managing performance, driving customer service excellence, and analyzing sales and inventory metrics. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for an associate degree or higher, and a minimum of one year of restaurant operations experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Requirements
- May be required to travel to other locations as business dictates.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
