Job Summary
Lead and operate a high-traffic DL Club in West Bridgford, partnering with the General Manager to drive club targets and deliver an outstanding member experience seven days a week. Responsible for day-to-day health and safety and compliance, ensuring smooth operation across multiple functions, and overseeing financial planning and management. A people-focused leader who can develop teams, maintain high service standards, and foster an inclusive club culture while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)
- Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts
- Experience of financial planning and management
- Passion for customer service
