Job Summary
Promote positive employee relations through effective delegation and foster high staff morale by analyzing financial reports to develop action plans that grow revenue and control costs. Assure the execution of staff training programs while maintaining appropriate staffing levels to maximize the customer experience. Deliver an unparalleled guest experience by overseeing all business aspects from minor details to the big picture, ensuring a safe and secure environment. Continuously improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to operating standards. Work weekends, nights, and holidays in a fast-paced environment to support the leadership team across Dave & Buster's and Main Event Entertainment.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
- Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
- Strong business acumen
- The ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
- The ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
- Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
