Responsibilities include supervising personal trainers, fitness instructors, and front desk personnel; assisting in hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling; conducting performance reviews and providing coaching; addressing member needs and resolving issues; supporting membership sales goals through tours and lead generation; assisting with marketing initiatives and events; helping manage the gym's budget, payroll, and inventory; ensuring health, safety, and regulatory compliance; and maintaining clear communication and regular performance reporting to leadership.
