Assist the General Manager in daily facility operations, overseeing event promotion and scheduling for parties, fundraisers, and community programs. Manage memberships by processing payments, resolving billing disputes, and following up on accounts. Train and support front desk staff to ensure efficient customer service and facilitate scheduling for lessons and training sessions. Contribute to social media efforts and create marketing materials including flyers and promotional content. Conduct one-on-one and small group instructional lessons in hitting, fielding, catching, or pitching tailored to athletes' age and skill levels. Provide progress updates to athletes and parents while maintaining safety and cleanliness of training areas. Work flexible schedules including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts to support facility operations.
