Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service standards, and foster a positive team atmosphere by leading by example and mentoring staff in problem-solving. Manage inventory, report on performance metrics, and collaborate on innovative strategies to enhance service. Work mid-shift during weekdays and mornings on weekends to engage in peak business hours. Requires prior hotel management experience, preferably within the Marriott brand, and familiarity with Agilysys Stay PMS.
