Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of a Hardee’s restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in areas such as product preparation, customer service, and financial accountability. The AGM engages in selecting, training, and coaching employees to drive performance in various key result areas including people management, customer service, and sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing performance processes, ensuring food safety compliance, analyzing sales and inventory for growth, and providing effective communication across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
