Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and supervise team members at the membership counter to service member needs, while presiding over operations when the General Manager is absent. Demonstrate command of all company policies to ensure CRUNCH brand integrity, proactively recruit and interview new staff, and manage revenue targets through sales leadership. Resolve customer complaints expeditiously, maintain facility standards for cleanliness and safety, and assist with payroll processing. Support personnel issues following documented procedures while promoting a diverse, welcoming environment for both members and employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements
- Ability to maintain eligibility to work in the United States throughout employment
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. including the required documentation for e-Verification
