Job Summary
Preside over facility operations when the General Manager is absent, maintaining a welcoming environment for members and staff. Lead, motivate, and supervise team members at the membership counter while recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new talent. Communicate and implement company policies, resolve customer complaints, and ensure the facility meets standards for cleanliness, safety, and security. Track sales leads and work with staff to achieve revenue targets through KPIs. Support personnel issues, process payroll, and report malfunctioning equipment promptly. Maintain a professional atmosphere that enhances service quality and promotes community partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements
- Ability to maintain eligibility to work in the United States throughout employment
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. including the required documentation for e-Verification
