Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in leading club performance with a strong focus on sales, member experience, and team development. Responsible for driving membership and personal training sales, coaching front desk and sales teams, ensuring smooth club operations, delivering exceptional member service, tracking KPIs, and fostering a high-energy, growth-minded culture. The role offers leadership development for a future General Manager position and includes growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding Crunch Fitness franchise.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a sales or leadership role, preferably in fitness or a fast-paced service industry
- Strong sales drive and ability to hit individual and team targets
