Job Summary
Assist in leading Crunch Fitness CR Fitness club performance with a strong focus on sales, member experience, and team development. Drive membership and personal training sales through goal setting, lead management, and closing techniques. Train, motivate, and manage front desk and sales teams to deliver high performance. Ensure smooth day-to-day club operations, cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and staff coverage. Deliver exceptional member service and handle inquiries or escalations with urgency. Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and contribute to improvement strategies aligned with club goals. Foster a high-energy, team-oriented culture that reflects Crunch’s No Judgments philosophy. Participate in leadership development to prepare for a future General Manager role.
